Note to followers:

Hello readers! I'm writing today, to let you all know, that it's time for me to start taking my health a little more serious. You see, I want results (weight loss, clothes getting smaller, etc)! I'm currently not getting results because I'm spending alot of time on the computer looking for ways to get results. Hmmmm, this is a dilemma for sure!

Anyway, to make a long story short, I'm going to be stepping away from my blog for awhile. I think I will blog again when I have results to share. Then, I will be happy to be able to inspire and share with others how I did it.

Thank you for understanding, I look forward to getting down to business tomorrow with workouts and eating right. I know I have it in me to do this, but I must take myself away from the things that are stopping me from achieving my goals.

Be back next week

No blogging this week due to back pain. Trying to exercise is proving to be rather difficult, as my back is feeling my age (for god sake, I'm only 41), and I pulled or strained something while moving. God forbid I move!!

I went to the doc, got some good pain meds, and I've been going to PT. If nothing works after two weeks, I'm going in for an MRI.

I'll be back next week to post, I've missed you!

Fab Food Friday: Stuffed Green Peppers


This recipe was amazing! I mean it. Try it. The ONLY thing I did differently, which she suggests NOT to do, is to put reduced fat cheese on top cuz it doesn't melt as well. She was right. You can clearly tell the difference between the melty ooey gooey cheese on hers and the anti ooey gooey cheese on mine. Don't do it my way, do it hers.
