Fab Food Friday: Stuffed Green Peppers


This recipe was amazing! I mean it. Try it. The ONLY thing I did differently, which she suggests NOT to do, is to put reduced fat cheese on top cuz it doesn't melt as well. She was right. You can clearly tell the difference between the melty ooey gooey cheese on hers and the anti ooey gooey cheese on mine. Don't do it my way, do it hers.

    Ironically I just bought some red peppers & ground turkey & was planning on making some stuffed peppers this weekend! I'll probably skip the cheese all together. ;)
