30 Day "I ain't no April Fool" Workout Challenge


You all read my last post, it's been far too long since I've worked out and I need to get movin' cuz swimsuit season is fast approaching.

I love a good challenge, so I came up with a 30 day plan to get me in gear for the upcoming months. I'm going to do a basic workout and eat clean schedule for the entire month of April to see what results I get after dedicating time and effort in the gym AND the kitchen.

I'm going to post pics of my workout plan and menu plan so I can be accountable to you, my readers. I really want to step up and stick to something that I can be proud of in the end. Up until now I've been eating clean, but slacking in the working out department.
I know I will not see results unless I do something different.

It's time to become a gym rat again, I WANT TO SEE MUSCLE!!!!

Actually, you know what I really need, is for some to tell me that I WON'T do it!!!

    Nothing....so girlfriend, YOU CAN DO THIS.
    I will be checking up on you daily...I will be the diet and training policewoman on this blog...making sure you stick to it and know each time you not in the mood, or feel like a cheat..THAT B*TCH in Germany is going to be on your case....heheheh
    We both got exciting challenges ahead of us.
    I started Kettlebell a month ago...and girlfriend, my abs are popping...and harder...( pity about the skin ;) )

  6. hey roxie!! lets do it! how do you want to do it? post before and after measurements/weight? log daily food and/or workouts on or blogs?? i pledge to be completely honest!!do we want to incorporate a mini weight loss comp as well? tell me your thoughts. this is so exciting - ive never done this on line lol !! game on girl hehehe !!!!

  7. hey Roxie! how are you girlfriend!? I dont know how I lost you but I found you again! OK.. I'm in this with you. the month of april! exercise and healthy eating.. ummm.. starting tomorrow..company and good food today.
    we can cheer each other on. ok ?
    I do think I might be able to work in a walk for today though!
